Truax Farm is located in the rolling hills of Southern Washington County in Greenwich, N.Y. Our efforts began in 2017 with just four ewes and has since grown to over 200. 

At Truax Farm we raise and sell grass-fed Katahdin and Dorper sheep to those who are:

• Developing their own herd/need breeding stock 
• Interested in meat  
• Looking to use our sheep to naturally enhance/clear their land
• Interested in sheep skin rugs

Our farming methodologies are rooted in our respect for the land, animals, and community.
